Plan and manage projects from A to Z In this role, you join about 350 colleagues in the Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA). CMA is our internal full service agency, making everything from communication strategies and concepts, to packaging, TV commercials, content and websites. As Project Manager, you take on co-responsibility for global integrated campaigns - from brief to delivery of finalised communication material. You handle large campaigns meant for both on- and offline use, and you: Plan and manage communication development projects from A to Z with the creative teams and other stakeholders Have 100 % control of deliveries, schedules and budgets - including preparing, creating, maintaining and following-up on these Ensure effective creative processes, where tasks are clearly defined and the team is motivated Make sure that projects are staffed with the right resources in close cooperation with line management Develop your skills and make an impact You join 9 Project Managers and on a day to day basis, you work on parallel global campaigns, often related to our product lines. Thus, you do not collaborate directly with the other Project Managers in your team, but you exchange ideas and support each other. People skills and project management experience To succeed, it is essential that you always keep an end-to-end overview.
