Would you like to manage top strategic projects within infrastructure and IT Security? And build your CV while working with large-scale global projects of great impact and attention, giving you numerous interfaces throughout the LEGO® Group? Project Management within infrastructure and IT security We are running a major global IT security program, so one of your first projects might be managing one of the large streams here. Other concrete projects will depend on your qualifications, but you will manage approximately 3 projects simultaneously and daily be in contact with many stakeholders at all levels. Your responsibilities include: Delivering projects on time, on budget and in the right quality – and in compliance with the LEGO® Project model Managing scope and risk as well as managing stakeholders and ensuring buy-in Business case creation, project planning, resource demand administration, etc. Mentoring upcoming project managers and on-boarding external project managers Being based in Billund and travelling 15-20 days per year to manage your stakeholders, participate in a workshop with vendors or be on-site when a delivery is due High performance community In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will be part of a department with high performance standards. Project manager with a flair for IT As an IT project manager, you do not necessarily have a technical background, but you have a flair for and interest in IT and are capable of understanding your projects` deliveries and their main challenges. You are flexible and comfortable managing several projects, maintaining an overview and re-planning in an ever-changing environment. To facilitate this, you: Have 3-5 years of experience with managing IT projects, preferably in large organisations Have an academic degree e.g. in IT or Business Administration and preferably a PRINCE 2 or IPMA certification Are well-versed in resource and subcontractor management as well as socially intelligent and know how to ensure good lines of communication with Steering Committees and stakeholders, no matter their culture or role Continuously follow up on project tasks, KPIs, milestones, budget and quality in a structured manner and with personal impact Speak and write English effortlessly as well as you ideally have experience with IT Change Management and agile project methods Lead by example and excel at motivating the project team, just as your strong motivation is an inspiration to others Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
