Are you the new project manager for Health and Pharma? We are experiencing strong growth within consultancy for the pharmaceutical industry and hospitals; therefore we are looking for a project manager with 5-10 years of experience. We are market lead in the installation area and work with many interesting projects within both buildings and transport. We are currently working on the Niels Bohr Science Park, Panum and more tasks for Novo Nordisk and various hospital projects. Your responsibilities as a project manager Your primary responsibility will be project management, including planning the stages of the project, keeping track of the economy, quality activities and continuous monitoring the project. You will also carry out risk assessments for the projects; therefore it is important that you can turn problems and conflicts into improvements in all kinds of projects. Sales will be another one of your tasks - both to participate in the sale of new projects, as well as creating additional sales to existing projects - it is important that you have solid experience and a strong network within the hospital industry. You will have an additional role as a coach for your less experienced colleagues to ensure that they are always on the right track. You and your competencies You hold a Master of Science in Engineering (buildings or mechanical) and you have solid experience within mechanical services and ventilation and the pharmaceutical industry and/or hospitals. At the same time, you are an excellent project manager with the capabilities to structure a project in all its stages and ensure strong financial management and profit made on the project. Among your personal competencies, exceptional decision-making skills are necessary in order to navigate a project team in a complex area. You naturally act diplomatically and with consistency and objectivity both internally and externally; you are well-balanced and able to absorb any kind of uncertainty. Fluent English, spoken as well as written, is a prerequisite and Danish is an advantage. Join the Health and Pharma department You will be part of the department for Health and Pharma, which has 30 employees with different professional backgrounds. We are an installation department specializing in mechanical services and ventilation. We work with consultancy and sales within hospitals as well as consultancy and sales within laboratories, cleanrooms and process installations in the pharmaceutical industry.
