Project Manager for offshoring, Supply Operations, Bagsværd The Project Manager will be responsible for defining and managing projects regarding offshoring of tasks in Supply Operations to a captive Center of Excellence in Bangalore, India. This includes indirect supervision of project members in onshore and offshore teams with responsibility of all project management activities (e.g. scope definition, business case, communication, handover). Onshore teams will mainly be in Denmark and US, while the offshore team is in India, so the position will require some travel activity. The Project Manager will work closely together with a Senior Manager for offshoring activities and report directly to the Director for Supply Chain Optimization. In this position you need to have: An academic background such as M.Sc. Engineering, Business Administration or similar with top-of-class performance, and preferably the program has an international element or the candidate has intercultural experience Project management experience with good and documented results, including strong skills within change management and communication Knowledge and experience within organizational transformation and risk management incl. knowledge about recognized transformation and risk management tools A strong drive for success, and the ability to impact/manage stakeholders in upper management positions Knowledge of supply chain, production management, customer service processes and offshoring/outsourcing is an advantage Excellent spoken and written English skills for global communication Are you the next Zymer in our team?
