The Program Delivery team As our new HW Platform Release Manager, you will be part of the Program Delivery team, delivering integrated and verified hardware platforms for the Oticon products. You will be responsible for the success of your project, coordinating the work across the entire organization, including R&D, Operations and Quality. A big part of your daily work will be collaboration with external companies. You know what it takes to create products through the whole lifecycle from definition to production and maintenance. Your Background In order for you to succeed in your new role, we expect you to hold a M.Sc. or B.Sc. within either Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. You have at least +5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Medical Devices. Furthermore, you will need to have experience in the following fields: Integration of Mechanics, Electronics and Embedded Software Working in a complex organization with many stakeholders Proven track record in working with external companies including dealing with contractual issues Good knowledge of Product Development from idea to production People- and communication skills It comes natural to you to coordinate with and manage your stakeholders. Your well-developed people skills and strong communication capabilities puts you in a league of its own when it comes to creating professional, fruitful relations inside as well as outside the organization. You furthermore know what it takes to win people for your cause and make them follow you. Not because they must, but because they want to. We take it for granted that you are fluent in English and it will be an advantage, if you are fluent in Danish as well. Project management skills You are an experienced project manager, who thrives in a dynamic environment with numerous stakeholders. When challenges arise, you keep focused and lead the way. You are used to work according to processes, and you are highly skilled in planning and structuring your work. You furthermore show strong negotiation skills and are not afraid in standing up for your points. Next to that, you are a great team player, able to reach goals together with others.
