We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Project Manager to join our Global Service Process & System team. You will manage improvement projects from concept scoping to successful deployment into operations. Global Service > eBusiness & Global Processes > Processes & Systems The Process & System team develops the landscape of service processes, systems and master data to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Best practices are leveraged from across the global service business, the wider Vestas organisation and the wind industry. The team is also responsible for regulating the development and governance requirements of Vestas's IT systems and Master Data used in the global service processes. This is to ensure stable and sustainable solutions which improve operational efficiency, satisfy users and supports agile transfer of accurate information in Vestas's workflows. The increased focus on service of non-Vestas machinery brands brings an exciting dimension to the development of the service landscape and this department is a key contributor in the resulting projects and recent ISP acquisition integrations. Process & Systems is a team of 7 specialists responsible for developing the global business process landscape to continually improve operational efficiency and leverage best practice across the regions. Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing improvement projects from concept scoping to successful deployment into operations by using systematic and recognised project management tools. Alongside effective delivery, you are to ensure collaboration is built across the wider service organisation through open and effective stakeholder management and sustainable cross-organisational process improvements. The initial project assignment responsibility will focus on integration of processes and systems for the recent ISP acquisitions, and the adaption of processes to include non-Vestas machinery servicing activities. Your primary tasks will be: Project Scoping; to investigate and understand the initial objectives. Challenge the frame when necessary to ensure the right balance between business value and a realistic project Project Planning; to use your experience to set realistic but challenging project plans which make progress and value visible Change Management; to manage risks and unforeseen changes in direction with a systematic and structured approach to ensure quality of output is retained with minimal disruption to timelines and budget Stakeholder Management; to identify and engage with stakeholders across the global organisation Project Reporting; to provide fact-based and accurate reporting and keep stakeholders informed of project progress. Also, you are to ensure adequate record keeping and consolidation of reporting Measurable Value; to demonstrate business impact (e.g. P&L) in relation to pre and postimplementation Furthermore, you need to demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills to support and open and collaborative relationship within and beyond each project. Qualifications The right candidate has an IPMA and/or Prince2 and further a min of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Alternatively, you hold another relevant education and have solid (10+ years) experience as a Project Manager. Furthermore, we expect that you have: Experience with global Mergers and Acquisition implementations Experience with global process and system implementations Solid experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel A proven experience with leading global process improvement projects Experience releasing SAP solutions Logistic/Supply Chain Management knowledge Strong communication skills in English Proven stakeholder management abiliti
