Repair & Field Execution is placed in Service Delivery & Operations. The department has two main activities. Field Execution which is a task force of travel technicians supporting the SBUs in various special tasks from Main component replacements to back-office support. And then Repair which main activities are repair of main and minor component for the service business using own internal repair facilities and external repair providers. We need a new Project Manager to support these two main activities. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities for this position are. Scope, plan and execute projects that are linked to Repair production and processes or Field Execution work. This includes overall plans, economics, reporting and stakeholder management/communication Manage blue print/requirement specifications Lead, coach, motivate and support your project team Qualifications: Worked as certified Project Manager in 3-4 years Experienced working in cross organizational functions Fluent in English Competencies: You will need a solid overview and the ability to apply a logical structure to a complex set of data, markets, plans, stakeholders etc. You will also need communication skills and an outgoing personality to create a common sense of direction and dedication for your team members. You have documented and solid experience from working as Project Manager, and you bring a high level of commercial understanding, strong problem solving skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to drive progress and motivate team members to deliver strong results.
