In Biopharm Manufacturing Development, we are responsible for support to our productions, the transfer of new products from R&D and ongoing standardisation and optimisation of our many processes. Then, you may be the Project Manager we are looking for in Biopharm Project Office, Standardisation and Optimisation, Gentofte. About the department You will be part of Biopharm Project Office within our Manufacturing Development function. Main responsibilities for the Biopharm Project Office are coordination and project management of Life cycle management activities on marketed products; execution of process improvement projects and portfolio management of Biopharm MDev projects. You will join 11 dedicated colleagues in Team Standardisation and Optimisation, responsible for supporting the organisation with, amongst others, Lean and standardisation expertise, business analysis, project management and project portfolio management. The department is based in Gentofte but carries out tasks in all of Biopharm’s facilities (Kalundborg, Hillerød, Værløse, Måløv and Gentofte). The job As a project manager your main responsibility will be to drive standardisation and optimisation projects within Biopharm production areas and QC labs with high impact on the performance of the organisation. In particular, you will drive standardisation projects e.g. you will drive key projects in order to standardise and optimise our processes through implementation of LEAN SOPs, Training and Process confirmation. In this role, you will get a chance to work with many different colleagues across the Biopharm organisation and within Manufacturing development, and your success is dependent on your cooperation and communication skills and your ability to understand your stakeholders as well as the processes and gather relevant data. Additionally, you will be accountable for progress and transparency throughout the projects, by providing clear goals and direction for the project team, in a motivating and inspiring way. You will contribute to continuously improving the stability and efficiency of both concept development and project execution, ensuring that we are set for the future both in terms of competencies and added benefit to the organisation. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master's degree with good results, and you have a proven track-record within project management, data analysis and process optimization. Ideally you have 3-4 years’ experience from a similar position. You are a self-starter who thrives with driving multiple tasks and projects independently and you are motivated by ambitious goals. Your analytical skills enable you to challenge complex problems and processes, and to prioritize your efforts in an optimal way. You have a positive mind-set and are able to build relations with people at all levels in the organisation. Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to prepare presentation material, are expected combined with solid Powerpoint and excel skills. Finally, you speak and write English fluently.
