About the department Diabetes Finished Products is an organisational unit in Novo Nordisk Product Supply responsible for the manufacturing of a range of insulin products and launches of new products. Business Support, Project Office is responsible for managing and implementing a variety of projects from medium to high complexity across site Bagsværd. We are currently nine dedicated and professional colleagues who look forward to welcoming you on board. The position As Project Manager you will be running a number of projects with budgets between 1 and 30 mill. DKK. However, your biggest responsibility will be project managing the local part of our global asset management program. Together with your colleagues in production, you will be responsible for ensuring preventive maintenance and risk analysis of all business critical production equipment across the site, ensuring compliance with all Novo Nordisk standards and the overall Asset Management strategy across Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) sites. Qualifications You hold an M.Sc. or equivalent within Mechanical or Production Engineering or a similar field. You have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment, and you are interested in working with Asset Management. In addition, you are an excellent and experienced Project Manager with great communication skills and the ability to set direction in a complex environment. To achieve success in this position, you must be highly self-motivated, able to maintain momentum and lead your projects safely across the finish line. Moreover, you appreciate working with colleagues in a dynamic and informal atmosphere. Finally, you will need the ability to coach, develop and motivate your project stakeholders.
