Detailed Description Own International project portfolio Your overall objective is to secure timely delivery within budget and agreed specifications. The projects can include instrument cabinets, infrastructure, IT, CCTV, laboratory and MV/LV equipment. In short the automation, quality control system and the electrical scope. Your responsibility covers: · Your own portfolio of projects – from initial contact to final implementation and handover to the customer · Heading of interdisciplinary cross-cultural technical project managers · Stakeholder management of external/internal customers and suppliers You will be based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and can expect up to 60 yearly travel days in connection with customer meetings, site visits and internal meetings etc. Job Requirements Experienced Project Manager with commercial flair You probably hold a degree in power engineering, but above all, you must have a proven and documented experience in project management, a good understanding of scope management and systems integration. To perform well in this position, you need solid experience with budget control, combined with commercial flair and strong negotiating skills. Your ability to maintain a helicopter view in pressed situations and your strong personal impact, enables you to lead your team to deliver as scheduled. Besides, you have a good portion of international experience and are in possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, which you rely on when adjusting yourself to new customers and projects worldwide. The type of person we are looking for, is the type that delivers today, rather than tomorrow. LV/MV switchgear domain knowledge and a PMP certification will be considered a plus.
