If so, Novo Nordisk has a position for you as Project Manager in Corporate IT for the implementation of our IT Training Strategy. About the department This new position, situated under IT Academy, is anchored in IT Shared Services. Your tasks will allow you to work very independently while still having the benefits of being part of a department of skilled and ambitious professionals. We are a diverse team, both in terms of cultural background and skills; it is therefore key that you have a global mind set and an ability to work with different individuals and stakeholders at both senior management and more operational levels in both Corp IT and in Line of Business. The job You will be working towards our vision of ensuring systematic and continuous IT training, by delivering the right content to the right people in the right way at the right time. This means you will be helping us define how we can improve user proficiency and effectiveness of how our users interact with IT Systems throughout system and service lifetime. By adopting a user-centric approach you can help ensure that user needs are always in the forefront of what we do, and play a key role in ensuring that IT training is in line with the experiences and expectations of our end-users. You will help us achieve this by being a sparring and guidance partner to IT professionals and Line of Business across different departments and areas in Novo Nordisk. You will help set the agenda for how projects and systems should develop and execute training content throughout system lifetime, and establish best practice and guidance in accordance with this. Beyond this, you will also be responsible for taking our IT on-boarding curriculum to the global affiliates, and fully establishing a virtual IT training service. Your responsibilities and tasks include: Implementing our IT Training strategy. Developing, managing and maintaining our IT on-boarding curriculum/programme. Being responsible for our Virtual Training Services for general IT systems. Offering guidance and designing tools for how we can improve post-project training. Ensuring the best use of training methods via access to updated knowledge and sharing of best practices within training development and execution Qualifications We are looking for a person who is passionate about strategy implementation, organisational change management, IT and IT training. Skills within project management, and practical knowledge combined with hands-on experience within IT training methodologies is a must-have for this position. A general understanding of user needs and how IT supports business processes is also required. You have a relevant Master’s degree combined with at least 3 – 4 years of working experience. You have a “can-do” attitude, good implementations skills and are excellent in translating theoretic concepts into concrete guidance to both IT professionals and stakeholders in Line of Business. You have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to collaborate across organisations and geographies. You have a well-structured approach to your tasks, are willing to take responsibility, and are eager to contribute to the continuous development of how we can work with IT training.
