Job-Link is looking for a Project Manager for one of our customers in Lyngby. Our customer is a world leader in the design of hydrotreaters and hydrocrackers for ultra-low Sulphur diesel and provides outstanding catalysts. The company’s business model is based on a thorough and fundamental understanding of all aspects of technologies and are known for delivering high quality service to their clients.

As Project Manager you will lead a portfolio of projects within our Reactor Internals area. You will manage a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians and interact closely with stakeholders across GSU, RBU, R&D and of course many clients around the globe.

It is your job to ensure Reactor Internals (RI) are delivered at the right time, in high quality as well as high customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Being accountable for all aspects of Reactor Internals hardware project execution – from kick-off to installation at client site
• Head communication with clients to align expectations, communicate progress/issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate across projects in terms of resource management and delegation of work (portfolio management)
• Manage and lead a project team of highly skilled engineers and experts (project management not line management)
• Proactively lead external collaborators, particular in fabrication workshops
• Contribute to development of new business areas within RI in the company’s with a global context

• Enjoy collaborating and interacting with multiple stakeholders across the organization as well as outside the organization
• Has the ability to keep an eye on details and put perspective on their impact on the overall schedule
• Maintain overview and manage complexity in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Participate actively in a dynamic team of both technicians, engineers and scientists
  • Are eager to put your knowledge, learnings and energy to use in the development of new processes
  • Are curious and proactive towards support of digital transformation of work processes and project deliveries.

Qualifications
You have a degree in mechanical, chemical, process engineering or equivalent and are fluent in English.

It is a “must” to understand the importance of the Project Managers responsibility to manage all project activities ensuring safe conditions for all people involved at all times and in compliance with our corporate policies.

Your work place will be in Lyngby.

As a start - the job will be as a temp position- and after a year and if you do the tasks well - the job will be changed to a permanent position.
