For our Quality Management in Projects Department we are looking for skilled Project Manager in Quality Management. The Quality Management in Projects Department has ownership of the Product Development Process (PDP). We also plan and execute quality management activities (FMEA, design reviews), technical risk management and project governance in R&D projects. What are my responsibilities? · Standardizing project documents, for instance Product Requirement Specification (PRS), Product Design Specificaton (PDS) · Standardizing format for different project plans (master plan, test plan, certification plan, manual plan etc.) · Quality control of project documents and plans in connection with passage of gates and milestones · Planning and execution of quality activities (FMEA, design reviews) in R&D projects · Managing (baseline) project documentation in connection with passage of gates and milestones · Managing and registering documentation in connection with governance in projects - gate release, project change notes etc. · Reporting of KPIs What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a technical background and 5-10 years of experience in working with projects – maybe as a project manager · You are able to handle complex cases and projects and to structure large amounts of data without losing overview · You must be able to influence many stakeholders to obtain high quality · You have very good people managing skills · You are structured and your approach regulations and processes is sound · You possess strong communication skills, as well as excellent English skills orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
