Department: Sales Support & Business Development is a small but ambitious corporate department servicing and challenging the four divisions of Semco Maritime as well as our top management. In our department we provide project management /internal consultancy for all types of business development initiatives, moreover, we support our sales organization with various operational tasks. Responsibilities and tasks: The position involves a variety of responsibilities; however, your main focus will be management of internal projects in the divisions and our own department. Key responsibilities include: •Project management / internal consultancy for internal projects in our divisions, e.g. strategy, optimization and business cases •Project management and execution of projects in our department e.g. market intelligence and CRM •Market research and customer satisfaction measurements •Support to board reviews of large tenders, monthly reporting and sales support tasks Professional qualifications: You are a highly skilled project manager/business developer focusing on involvement and communication to make the organisation change. Further qualification highlights: •Relevant master degree •2-6 years of experience e.g. from management consulting, an internal consulting or business development department •Project management skills •Great analytical skills •Strong communication skills – both in writing and speech •Experience from the offshore industry an advantage •Experience with market intelligence and/or CRM an advantage.
