TSS/ Service & Plant Solutions / Service & CIM Solutions / Service & CIM Project Management The Service & CIM Project Management department is a part of Vestas Technology and consists of a team of high skilled Project Managers. Project Managers are responsible for managing a wide range of multidisciplinary projects related to new service solutions for Vestas Service Business and upgrades and repairs for the already installed range of Wind Turbines. Service business is a strategic focus area in Vestas and our future growth. The scope of the projects is typical from development of the scope and business case to the finished solution/product is released to the market or Vestas Service business. Service & CIM Solutions aims at Execution excellence in order to increase speed of delivery of superior and innovative solutions. This vacant Project Management position will focus on developing new Service Solutions. Responsibilities: In this position you will step into the heart of developing new Service solutions requested by our Service Organization. The project varies in size and complexity and they will all require high skilled Project Management skills. The key responsibilities include: Budget, plan and execute projects and work packages Drive projects to full implementation and ensure delivery within time, quality and cost targets Proactively Risk Management and Stakeholder Management Business case compilation Keep overview, team motivation and direction as priorities change Interface with value chain and internal customers Contribute to Project Management expertise growth Qualifications: You have: An Engineering and/or Business degree Proven to be a successful project manager of complex cross-functional innovation or development projects Experience with stage/gate models is a must and experience with Scrum is also preferred Experience working in matrix organization Experience with stakeholder management on all levels and used to communicate and present to all levels on the organization Ability to continuously lead change and work proactively with Risk Management Experience working with external suppliers would be an advantage Ability to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally) Exposure to multi-culture and international organizations is preferred Furthermore you dare and want to challenge as-is to set new standards for project execution. Competencies: Certified Project Manager (Prince 2, IPMA, etc.) Integrity and take full ownership of the project.
