About the Position
For our Major Warranty Projects department, we are looking for motivated individuals willing to take the lead role in running projects in a quality driven manner. Our team executes major warranty projects in a global setup across borders, customers and organizational units.
What are my responsibilities?
- Hold full budget responsibility for Project Management (R&D+ Execution) of Major Warranty Projects including forming the project team and involve necessary internal and external stakeholders
- Support Program Management on minor cases (minor projects and tasks)
- Start up projects, follow up and monitor the projects and reporting to management of project status, technical topics and contribute to the onwards strategy Manage and coach the employees assigned to the project
- Evaluate on projects in order to share lessons learned with the rest of the Project Department and organization
- Strive for continuous improvements
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You have a technical/practical education at Bc. or MSc level or mechanical/constructional experience
- It is important that you have technical flair combined with a commercial mindset 5 years in a corresponding position as Project Manager
- Preferably you have previous intercultural experience (e.g. from studies, foreign countries, cultural diverse organizations)
- You have experience with project management of R&D/technology projects and/or factory and field implementation/execution of construction projects
