We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Project Manager to thrive projects with our expanding development activities within Wind Turbine Control systems. You will be part of a strong team developing control panels for one of the world leading wind turbine manufacturers.

Your role 

As Project Manager you will participate in the bidding process, be responsible for the execution of the projects all the way to handing over the products to serial production. You must be able to handle more projects in parallel and your main tasks are to:  

• Ensure clear communication with the customer 

• Ensure internal structures are followed, e.g. project model 

• Handle and motivate resources in a matrix organization 

• Secure delivery according to agreed plan 

• Handle changes, keep track of consequences and ensure mitigation 

• Be finance responsible 

• Report and follow up on project’s KPI Your workplace will be in Ikast and expect approximately 20-30 travel days pr. year.  

 

Your profile 

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years’ experience in projects managing with a customer interface and who are used to work in an international environment. It will be an advantage if you have wind industry experience. We expect you to:  

• have educational background as an engineer 

• have project management education, e.g. IPMA or Prince2. 

• be fluent in English, spoken and written 

As a person you are on top of things and you possess excellent coordination and communication skills. You have focus on the commercial aspect of your projects and have a strong drive. Furthermore, you are proactive, structured, a dedicated team player and have a holistic approach to projects.
