Tasks & responsibilities: You will…  

...ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and scope following the required safety and quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will proactively manage relationships with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers as well as the project team and other internal key stakeholders.     

You will be responsible for:   

• Manage and lead the project organisation  
• Engage the project team in continuous improvement  
• Responsible for the day-to-day communication and alignment with the customer  
• Implement and adhere to the organisation’s management systems   
• Ensure effective project planning and control  
• Monitor project progress, budget and performance on a continuous basis  
• Managing the work of sub-contractors, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative and successful team  
• Report and escalate to the Project Director or Steering Group as needed  
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all reporting requirements are met on time and to the required quality

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…  

…has 3-5 years of experience from a similar industry and preferably large-scale projects. You have good knowledge of the Stage Gate model and hold a relevant education, e.g. an engineering or contractual background, project management or similar. Product understanding and awareness, risk management competencies and commercial acumen are also essential skills. As a person, you pay attention to detail, are a self-starter and a strong decision maker. You enjoy working in teams and can coach and counsel your colleagues. It is important, that you have excellent communication and English skills.
