About the department You will be part of Biopharm Project Office within our Manufacturing Development function. Main responsibilities for the Biopharm Project Office are project management of activities on marketed products; Coordination of life cycle management projects; execution of process improvement projects and project portfolio management. The job We are looking for an intern to support and develop our data management setup, this in order to support decision making of project managers and senior management. Primary task will be to create standards for data-collection, -management, -analysis and -reporting. i.e. you will be asked to map our current flow of data and create standard procedures to ensure timely delivery of flawless reports and analysis. You will work with various types of data related to Quality, Cost and Delivery across many different production areas. The job will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gain industry experience and build a network with talented professionals in the organisation. Qualifications You are studying a relevant degree (i.e. MSc in Business, Engineering or Economics) with excellent results, and you are a skilled user of MS-Excel and preferably also MS-Power Point. You have an interest in working with data and data management and have the ability to keep deadlines. You are fluent in both written and spoken English. Last but not least you must have an eye for details, being able to deliver right first time especially when working with data analysis and standardisation of our data reporting. As a person you have strong personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months. Start date: 1.
