LEO Pharma is looking for an experienced Project & Planning Manager to play a key role in driving and supporting the Medical Affairs work stream under the integrated launch.

Objectives

The Global Project and Planning Manager drives and supports selected elements of the Medical Affairs launch readiness work stream with focus on the integrated launch plan and related tasks and ensures that the tralokinumab Medical Affairs work stream is aligned to and supportive of the interlinked functional plans. Processes need to be developed to ensure structured and successful execution of the Medical Affairs workstream under the integrated launch plan incl. yearly planning, reporting deadlines etc. The Global Project and Planning Manager is responsible for updating the Global Medical Affairs plan to ensure alignment and support of tralokinumab brand plan.

The Global Project and Planning Manager support a highly motivated team of Medical Advisors with clinical, research and marketing experience. The role works closely with R&D, the commercial and cross functional teams supporting the launch readiness of innovative products within eczema.

You will report to the Global Head of Medical Affairs Eczema and be based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, near Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Project management for Global Medical Affairs under the integrated launch plan

  • Plan development and execution Medical Affairs launch plan, including driving consensus on goals, objectives and deliverables

  • Plan and complete cross-functional and cross-regional/affiliate communications, meetings and events

  • Manage annual update of Global Medical Affairs Plan for critical events in the annual planning cycles

  • Monitor work stream performance with team and provides regular reports on agreed brand milestones/KPIs

  • Communicate action due dates and tracks/monitors progress and performance

  • Maintain SharePoint and or similar sites and updates content and access

  • Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional team members

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of effective project leadership preferably in a life sciences organization e.g., pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device company

  • Product launch experience is highly preferred preferably within biologics

  • Experience in life sciences organization - Dermatology experience is desired, but not required

  • Experience in design and operation of dashboards, KPIs, and MIS systems desired

  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Technology savvy, business oriented and nimble learning abilities required

  • Expert level command of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Financial acumen

  • Fluent in oral and written English (company language) and have excellent communication skills.

  • Is highly organized, meets project deadlines and proactively delivers on business objectives

  • Exhibits a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative and compliance

  • Ability to lead through influence
