Global project support from A to Z As a project supporter, you will be part of our Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA) - an internal agency with more than 200 colleagues across the globe. We deliver innovative insights-driven shopper marketing and communication solutions across a large number of different communication platforms. Here, you support SMA project managers and project teams in driving retail activation campaigns and market-driven projects within different LEGO® themes. In some projects, you are involved from project start until final reports. In smaller tasks, your involvement may be limited to handling master data. In all cases, master data weighs heavily. Your tasks include: End-to-end responsibility for material master data, i.e. creating, validating and maintaining material numbers and entering materials prices Maintaining project master data Coordinating and consolidating market forecasts for materials related to retail activation campaigns Collecting data and preparing reports Collecting and consolidating market forecasts and managing material lists for the large projects, where you are deeply involved in making sure we create the right material master data Trusted to perform In this one-year position lasting until August 2017, you will join a company passionate about play and a team that focuses on strength-based leadership and trust. It is important that you are quality-minded both in terms of ensuring correct master data and following processes. Although you will be spending a lot of time working in systems on your computer, you also enjoy sticking your head out from behind the screen to further a positive culture in the team. And as you will work in project groups, you must thrive in a collaborative environment. You have the following qualifications: 1-2 years of experience working with master data coupled with good system knowledge and understanding A flair for working with systems, in particular SAP and PLM, and you are experienced in Excel You are open towards learning new tasks and taking on new initiatives, which is essential when working in a dynamic and fast-paced company You speak and write English effortlessly, as we communicate in English daily Bringing it to life "In this position, you get to play a vital role, because you ensure the right master data in our systems, which is essential for a smooth and correct flow of goods and money.
