For our Blades Department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a Team Lead for the Module Management Team. The Blades Department is responsible for design, validation, certification and production implementation of new wind turbine blades as well as wind turbine power and acoustic performance features. The Module Management Team provides project managers for new product development and technology projects. The Team Lead owns the overall product development process together with product and technology roadmaps and is responsible for department capacity planning, quality management and knowledge sharing. What are my responsibilities? · You have line responsibility for the Team Project Managers · You maintain overview of capacity planning, project portfolio, economic and financial performance and ensure quality of project reporting · You drive the development of Department processes for project execution and technology management · You are responsible for the execution of monthly and yearly cycles for Department reporting and update of Department roadmaps and planning · You have ownership of the Department Product Development Processes (PDP) · You have ownership of the Department knowledge sharing tools You have ownership of the of Department capacity planning · You have ownership of the of Department roadmaps What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a Technical Engineering degree, M.Sc. and have +8 years of professional/technical experience · You have management experience from a product development environment · You have extensive experience with project management · You have experience with product development and business processes · You have knowledge of Technology management and Portfolio management · You thrive in an intercultural environment · You are structured, development oriented and open to change · You are outgoing, determined and persistent with strong communication and collaboration skills · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
