Teknisk dygtig projektleder med stort drive søges til virksomhed i Horsens. Virksomheden leverer specialiserede kundetilpassede løsninger af høj kvalitet til udvalgte nicher i metal industrien. Til den spåntagende afdeling søges en teknisk dygtig projekt- og afdelingsleder som med stort engagement kan bidrage til at udvikle afdelingen og styrke virksomhedens position på markedet. Selvstændigt ansvar Med udgangspunkt i den spåntagende afdeling får du ansvaret for din egen kundeportefølje, herunder for teknisk support og tilbudsgivning. Med reference til produktionschefen og med ledelses-ansvar for 6 produktionsmedarbejdere bliver du i samarbejde med de øvrige afdelingsledere ansvarlig for kapacitets- og ressourcestyringen i afdelingerne samt for løbende optimering og udvikling. Dine nøgleopgaver bliver - Teknisk projektsalg / udarbejdelse af tilbud - Teknisk support til kunder / kundepleje - Produktionsteknisk forberedelse + opfølgning - Optimering af produktionsprocesserne - Udbygge samarbejde med underleverandører - Sikre at de rette kompetencer er til stede i afdelingen - Lede og motivere Der er tale om et spændende og udviklende job i et velfungerende og engageret team. Din baggrund Du har en faglig baggrund fra metalindustrien. Du har praktisk erfaring fra en ordreproducerende virksomhed i branchen og gerne med projektsalg i metal industrien. Det er en fordel hvis du har erfaring med - Spåntagende bearbejdning - Udarbejdelse af tilbud - Teknisk dokumentation - Projektledelse - Personaleledelse - Axapta eller andet ERP system Personlige egenskaber Du anvender IT som et naturligt arbejdsredskab og du kommunikerer ubesværet på engelsk i tale og skrift. Som person er du udadvendt og tillidsvækkende og har en god gennemslagskraft. Du er resultatorienteret, har flair for tal, arbejder målrettet og struktureret og tager ansvar for opgaverne.
