Hvad tilbyder vi? Would you like to play a key role in how we manage the Production Technology (PT) area in the Grundfos Group? And do you want a big international network and the possibilities of developing your career further – potentially as Process Manager? You will join the Corporate Manufacturing (CM) team consisting of 6 people. We are responsible for setting up and maintaining effective production networks within Grundfos and ensuring the overall long term global production capacity matches the demand. You will refer to Department Head, Thore Bänsch. “We are a relentlessly ambitious team and work closely with a number of stakeholders including the Supply Chain Process and GSE departments to ensure integrated solutions and processes. It is our job to tie together processes from all over the globe so we are in touch with people from many different cultures,” Thore says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As PT Process expert, you handle the processes enabling correct master data in SAP in order to have a valid capacity overview and correct costing. You work closely with PT colleagues from all over the world and play the central and leading role in aligning the PT processes and gathering input from your international colleagues on best PT practices for Grundfos. In this connection, you also prepare training material and carry out training sessions on PT processes. You can expect 10-20 travel days per year. Another key part of your job is to act as sparring partner for IT in relation to system improvements and setup, and you will be involved in new implementations. You also spar with Finance regarding costing and costing errors where you work to minimise errors. Your job will include different collaborations across the entire process organisation, giving you a broad network and many stakeholders. “The main challenge in this job is defining, develop and deploy effective processes and best practice routines. Deploying routine convincing people to change their routines in order to align processes can be challenging. It requires persistency and patience to succeed. However, this could be the stepping stone to taking on a role as Process Manager further down the line,” Thore explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have a degree in Enginering, IT, as a Process Technician or the like and 3-5 years of experience with the PT area and SAP. If you also have insight in maintenance and SAP PM it is an additional advantage. You are able to handle large amounts of data and gain an overview, and you are able to work with many stakeholders across cultures in order to align processes. You speak and write fluent English. Working with how to secure correct master data in our systems calls for a systematic and analytic approach to be able to identify and prioritise. When working with master data the devil very often lies in the details so a natural interest in understanding the details is important. As a person, you have a strong personal drive and are persistent. And very importantly, you are patient when it comes to dealing with stakeholders and their routines, which may vary in different countries. You are an excellent communicator allowing you to spar and convince your colleagues that this is the wayto do things,” Thore finishes.
