Our new QA Associate will be part of a department which is upscaling do to taking on new projects and responsibilities. Your team and you will support a lot of customers in-house as well as outside and it will be your common responsibility to further develop the team spirit. The job: You will report to the Manager of External Quality Operations, Commercial, and be part of a skilled team of 7 colleagues. This group is a part of the international Quality organization at Biogen and is responsible for release of products labeled and packaged at CMOs. The department is responsible for release of some of Biogen’s newest products and launch of products in new market is part of our daily work. Your primary task will be to assist the QP’s with release and securing the quality of products packaged at CMOs for the European and International markets. You will collaborate with your colleagues within the quality organization as well as colleagues in other functions primarily situated in Switzerland, in order to ensure that quality product is delivered to the patients. All communication outside of the department is in English, thus it is crucial that you feel confident communicating in English. Your main responsibilities will be: •Printing and preparing batch records for review •Creation of quality batch statements •Approval of artwork •Approval of artwork change controls •Update of procedures •Participate in relevant Projects Your formal education: •Master of Science in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or similar is required Your professional qualifications: •Experience from the biotech or pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage, alternatively you can be newly educated with great interest in this field •Strong English skills verbally and in understanding •Experienced user of MS Office-package.
