Then we have a very exciting job for you in Diabetes Finish Product (DFP) QA functions in either Bagsvaerd, Hilleroed or Kalundborg. We are searching for 4 new colleagues, which will be vital to enable our ambitions on IT Compliance and Data Integrity. About the department We are responsible for quality processes and provide essential sparring and support to the production sites within DFP in Denmark. As our new IT QA Specialist/Professional you will be part of one of our well-functioning support teams in DFP QA. You will take up a newly established position, where you will have a say in your future job content. You will play a key role for our Sites as well as the related QA departments. You will ensure continuous support, improvement and harmonisation in the quality assurance of IT systems and Data Integrity. The position As IT QA Specialist/Professional your task will be to advise and support DFP and DFP QA in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be IT QA responsible for business critical programs, projects and activities. You will be chairing or participate in a network of IT QA colleagues from DFP QA globally ensuring cooperation, alignment and knowledge sharing across DFP. Additionally, you will support the organisation in ensuring compliance with new regulatory requirements by translating these requirements into training sessions, guidelines and other means. You will have a broad stakeholder landscape to navigate within and by that also a significant influence on the entire DFP organisation’s performance. Qualifications You have an academic background within IT, Engineering or Pharmacy – and more than 3 years of IT QA experience within the pharmaceutical industry. You have a proven track record on succeeding with the implementation and anchoring of cross-organizational IT or QA initiatives and thrive with tasks of this nature. You work independently and have a structured approach to prioritising, coordinating and executing tasks. You are proactive and able to plan ahead ensuring a high level of quality in your work even in busy periods. Your have a strong quality mindset and a deep insight into regulatory requirements and industry trends and best practices on the cross field of IT and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). To be successful in this position, you need to be able to build strong relationship with colleagues across the organisation, boarders and at different levels, from IT responsible persons on the shop floor to higher management.
