If so, we have a fantastic job opportunity for you as our QA Packaging Specialist in SoOp & StSo QA. About the department SoOp & StSo QA is responsible for the QA oversight of all departments in Sourcing Operation. as well as Quality Assurance of Primary Packaging Materials, Raw Materials and Printed Packaging Materials going into all of Novo Nordisk A/S Products. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of our suppliers globally. A combination of ensuring the high standard of the incoming materials, and involvement in investigations into quality issues by the use of LEAN tools is part of our daily work to improve and secure robustness in our internal processes and total supply chain. We are involved in a high number of inspections from external authorities. In total, we are 65 dedicated employees divided into 5 closely-knit teams. The job As Specialist you will be our local expert in packaging materials. You will be working closely together with colleagues and managers from our own organisation and other parts of Novo Nordisk globally. Furthermore, you will be in frequent contact with our suppliers of packaging materials. During inspections it is expected that you are able to present cases to the inspector at a high quality level, as well as coaching and challenging other presentations during preparations. You will be responsible for driving strategies for continuous improvement of processes for handling of packaging materials in QA, and you will drive and support compliance projects to implement new requirements. You will be in charge of handling quality issues and complaints from our customers, and you will act as consultant globally in matters within your area of responsibility. The impact on the continued success of the organisation is considered high. As QA Specialist you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment where the pressure is high and deadlines are tight. This requires that you are able to make independent decisions, that you are innovative in order to solve problems, and that you ensure good communication and ongoing dialogue with relevant key stakeholders. Qualifications We expect you to have a Master’s degree or equivalent within pharmaceutical sciences, engineering or a related discipline. You have documented experience within cGMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 15378. We also expect that you have understanding of the processes in the supply chain. You work in a structured and independent manner, you have a strong quality mindset and good communication skills, and you are able to communicate with all levels of the organisation. As a person, you have a high level of energy, you are able to drive new initiatives, and you want to be in the centre of a hectic and dynamic environment. You have a positive mindset and you are open to other people and new ideas. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
