Quality Affiliates & Marketing is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Professional and this could be the next exciting job opportunity for you. About the department The team comprises of 9 highly qualified Specialists and Professionals who are responsible for overseeing quality compliance in the affiliates worldwide and in Marketing & Medical Affairs. The team has a broad background in regard to knowledge/background and diversity which mirrors our ability to understand our colleagues worldwide. The job As a QA Professional in Quality Affiliates & Marketing (QAM), you will primarily be responsible for gathering and analysing quality data to be used by QAM in projects helping Affiliates and Marketing & Medical Affairs resolve issues that may arise in the implementation of internal and external quality requirements. You will also be heavily involved in communication about needs and expectations between the affiliates and Headquarters. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with colleagues from around the globe and learn about local requirements thereby broadening your knowledge on authority demands and trends. It also provides an opportunity to gain insight into the organisational structure outside Headquarters, the affiliate challenges and perspective. Qualifications You are independent, have empowerment and take responsibility for your tasks. You are known for thinking systematically and it is natural for you to work according to standards. You are able to solve complex tasks by constructive communication based on your professional knowledge and understanding of quality without compromising patient safety. You have at least 3 years of experience within quality assurance and/or Good Distribution Practice. You hold an academic degree in e.g. chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or similar. You master English on a high business communication level (oral/written). The ideal candidate has high skills at Spread-sheets and preferably databases. On a personal level you are ambitious and have a great interest in developing yourself. As our team is small serving a large customer base, good team player qualities, good sense of humour and an understanding of cultural differences are of paramount importance. You have good interpersonal skills, you make a difference and by your dedicated and determined approach you complete your tasks in close cooperation with your colleagues. In QAM we are focused on ensuring high compliance in the affiliates which ultimately results in safer products for our customers and a good reputation with local authorities. Quality and compliance in the distribution chain is one of our main focus areas which also include control of the quality risks in the storage and delivery of product to our customers.
