Does it motivate you to comply with delivery goals and thereby keep the patients in focus? Can you keep calm when handling quality deviations?

If you can answer yes to the above questions, there is a good chance that you will be our new Quality Assurance (QA) Professional in Hillerød.

About the department
The department consists of approximately 35 employees divided into 2 teams whose primary tasks are to ensure FlexPen®, FlexTouch® and Ozempic® releases for diabetics worldwide.

You will be part of one of our QA teams of 17, consisting of highly committed employees who support production when dealing with quality and compliance challenges.

The whole area we support is in rapid development and production volume is increasing rapidly year after year, so the department's challenge is to keep up with the increased demand from our customers, while never compromising on quality or compliance.

The position
The position is a 2-year vacancy, with the possibility of post-employment.

The job as QA Professional is varied however, the primary focus will be on review and releases as it is essential for the team to follow the pace of production so that we ensure the launch of new products to our customers as well as avoid stock-outs.

In addition to review and releases, the job contains many other challenging and exciting tasks, such as handling deviations, clarifying incoming customer complaints, creating new procedures (SOPs), approving change requests (CR), and a lot of other quality-related tasks.

You are sitting close to your colleagues in a store room, and there is ongoing sparring about the work tasks in a dynamic and energetic way. Everyone is ready to give a helping hand if there are challenges to reach deadlines.

Qualifications
Your education should at least support the EMEA's requirements and expectations for a Qualified Person, QP, in a pharmaceutical company. This is an indispensable requirement as you, eventually, will be able to release our products.

You enjoy reading documents through carefully, in order to ensure proper documentation, and following written procedures and guidelines (SOPs) comes naturally to you.

You have an unmatched ability to communicate briefly and accurately at all levels of the organisation, as you often have to give feedback to the supporters in production, for example, deviations or review documentation.

As most of our procedures and the majority of our documentation are written in Danish, it is also a requirement that you write and speak fluent Danish.

It is crucial that you are the first person to take the initiative to solve challenges, both in relation to the daily tasks, but also in relation to how we as a combined QA team can make things smarter and better.

You are as a person able to comply with deadlines and you are willing to go the extra piece to ensure that our patients receive their medicine in the right quality and on time.
