Then we have an exciting job for you in QA PS Support in Bagsværd. About the department QA PS Support is reporting to the Head of PS Quality, member of PS Quality Management and part of the PS Business Support Group. We are a team of 11 very dedicated employees and our focus is to support Product Supply in ensuring a cost-efficient compliance level within business and IT processes. We design, implement, support and continuously improve quality related business processes and procedures across Product Supply in close cooperation with colleagues from the organisation, Corporate Quality (CQ) and Corporate IT. We are providing QA support to PS Global business projects and IT projects and act as QA for PS Management, PS Quality Management and PS Business Support Functions incl. PSIT. The Job As IT QA professional your task will be to support program/project management for PS global systems in ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk Quality Management System (QMS) during project life-cycle. You will do this by providing compliant and cost-effective QA input to solutions and processes, by quality assure deliverables and by supporting line-of-business during implementation. You will be responsible for QA governance in projects incl. QA oversight of activities and deliverables performed by central and local QA responsibles. In this role it requires you have the ability to coordinate work in the QA team and to take necessary decisions while ensuring harmonisation and alignment across Product Supply. On-going dialogues and good relations with key stakeholders will be part of your daily work to ensure quality and compliance. Additionally, you will also act as QA for PSIT and be responsible for quality assure IT related business processes and for providing GXP and IT QA training. Qualifications You have an IT, engineering or pharmacist background. You are expected to have at least 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry including 3 years of IT or IT QA experience. Your experience can also have been gained from working in the production and being responsible for IT systems supporting the business processes. You have good SAP knowledge, a profound Quality Mindset and preferably project manager experience from minor projects. Personally, you have a high drive using your extrovert interpersonal skills and background to establish a close and positive relationship with colleagues from Product Supply, Corporate IT and Corporate Quality. You are comfortable working independently and have a structured approach to prioritising, coordinating and executing tasks. You are proactive and able to plan ahead ensuring a high level of quality in your work even in busy periods. You are known for having excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and you can stand firm when required to ensure compliance, product quality and patient safety.
