Would you like being responsible for assuring the quality of manufacturing of Medical Devices? And are you highly motivated by stakeholder management. Then you might be the right person for the job as QA professional in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). About the department You will be part of a team of 13 dedicated colleagues in Hillerød. Together, we are responsible for assuring the quality of Quality Control, manufacturing processes and laboratories for Novo Nordisk newest developed Medical Devices and make them ready for pilot production and low volume production for clinical trials and launch to the market. We also assist the transfer into high volume production that takes the finished product to markets worldwide. The job You will be the Quality responsible for our components for Medical Devices and final Medical device produced at Novo Nordisk suppliers. On an operational level, you ensure that the components and final Medical Devices are produced in full alignment with the given specification and regulations. You review the requests for changes, e.g. of the production equipment/process at the supplier, and review the cases of non-conformities from our incoming inspection. You also provide quality support to the process responsible persons and QA approve the validation of the processes. Supporting the ideas for optimisation you approve the necessary documentation accordingly. Monitoring trends across processes are also one of your main objectives and your curiosity and thoroughness helps the organisation to identify issues for improvement. Qualifications You hold an academic degree, preferable as mechanical engineer, pharmacist or similar. Furthermore, you have a minimum of 3 years work experience from the medical device or pharmaceutical business industry. You are outgoing, have a strong quality mind-set and experience within systematic problem-solving. Moreover, you have a high level of fluency in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are known for dedicating yourself to working proactively to solve the task at hand. Using your ability to think out of the box, you are still able to come up with solutions or suggestions that comply with quality requirements. You are a team player and a skilled communicator, and you thrive on unfolding your high level of energy and spirit in an international, dynamic environment.
