This role as Autobutler’s International Quality Assurance Specialist is a hands-on-role, which offers a unique opportunity to make a HUGE impact on our international ambitions and growth. Your goal the first couple of months will be to analyse and fine-tune our test and bug reporting/handling system. You’ll examine existing thinking, and bring your experience and expertise to the table to accelerate the delivery and improve the quality of everything we do. In coordination with the CTO & the Tech Lead – Develop, maintain, and improve process’ in regards to tests and bugs. About you: You’ll be highly motivated and have bags of energy and confidence. Your QA background demonstrates considerable talent and your passion for quality is unquestionable. You find yourself preaching quality and genuinely love sharing and developing your knowledge. You love to transform processes to be more effective, lean, agile and most of all test-driven, and you get a kick out of being both the “trashcan” for bugs, and the “superman” by making sure they are fixed.
