We are looking for an international oriented QSE Specialist to join our QSE Development team. In your previous jobs you have demonstrated hands on ability to turn knowledge about QSE into action oriented programmes, activites or projects with the line of business Department: Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Global QSE, QSE Development, Aarhus - Denmark Global QSE is a department with around 200 employees working with Quality, Safety and Environment across the value chain in Vestas. QSE Development consists of 10 employees who act as key account and contact for global stakeholders at senior management level within Vestas. Our job is to ensure alignment of QSE priorities with global stakeholders and QSE regions. In addition we drive improvement of QSE maturity and sharing of best practice across Vestas Responsibilities: Alignment of QSE priorities with global stakeholders and regions. Development of QSE maturity across the value chain providing a balanced and prioritised approach Ensure the QSE performance is understood and part of thebusiness selection process. Support the deployment of Vestas Quality , Safety and Environmental policy and Continuous Improvement strategy into the segment across Vestas (all regions). Support that QSE is an integrated part of the business in the segment. Secure data collection and that the status of QSE performance is understood. Support and lead and follow up on progress of defined activities the QSE maturity development plans in the segments. Guide and support the segments/SBUs on matters relating to QSE issues. Support Senior Specialist in the segments and act as substitute when needed. Participate in and support regular QSE meetings in the segments + management review. Act as QSE Ambassador and support relevant stakeholders. Guide and support in the Portfolio/Category Management Teams across the regions with their priorities coming from the relevant segments/Sales Business Units. Lead and coordinate experience sharing across the regions. Provide feedback to the regions supporting the segment. Work with QSE Assurance team to ensure that Vestas performs from the design side (R&D) Qualifications: Excellent Leadership skills in change management; managerial courage. Customer-focused, proactive and result-oriented – make things happen Communicate in outstanding fashion across organizational and geographic Boundaries, and at all levels in the organization. Build consensus and support while resolving conflict and resistance Breadth in technical and interpersonal skills Competencies: Master- or Bachelor degree in engineering, business or equivalent Auditor experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Minimum 5 years of work experience in an international environment. Results oriented and aiming to make a positive impact Fluency in English.
