- Research & Development - Denmark - Søborg We are looking for a Quality and Process Coordinator to the Trial Management Anchor, starting 01-Nov-2015. In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the processes live up to uniform global standards, regulations, and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients and ultimately benefit society. About the department Clinical Pharmacology & Trial Execution is part of Global Development and our main responsibilities are planning, execution, and reporting of clinical pharmacology trials, as well as competency development, knowledge sharing, and process optimisation related to clinical trials. You will become part of the Trial Management Anchor; a team of 12 dedicated employees working on process optimisation and support, and competency development globally. The position is located in Søborg, Denmark. The job As Quality and Process Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the SOP training requirements for skill types within Trial Management and Medical Specialists, meeting internal and external requirements and developing new ideas for improvements of the way we work. Furthermore, you will be involved in selected areas of the clinical development activities, especially related to reporting of compliance with internal requirements. On a day-to-day basis you will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Qualifications You have experience with clinical trials processes, and are especially strong within GxP requirements. You have a bachelor or master degree in natural science, or a nurse degree, medical secretary or similar, and/or more than 2 years of experience within clinical operations or clinical process management. Experience as Clinical Trial Administrator is an advantage. You are reliable, loyal and service-minded, and act with a strong sense of responsibility. You have a can-do attitude, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, and master good coordination skills. You have solid IT skills and work in a structured manner with a strong sense for quality and details. It is essential that you can act independently, but also as a team player who thrives on contributing to any team you are a part of. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
