Then you could be the Quality Consultant we are looking for in Danfoss Distribution Services A/S. We are distributing a huge variety of products to Danfoss’ customers around the globe. You will play a central role in Improving and maintaining our existing global quality systems (ISO9001).You will enter into a cross-disciplinary work function in an engaged and proud service organization. Your workplace will be out of Rødekro and minor travel activity can be actual. Quality management, training and support As our Quality Consultant your overall mission will be to maintain and improve our existing quality systems in accordance to ISO9001 standard and extended with tools from TS 16949. Thus, you will be the key player who monitors quality performance, suggests quality initiatives towards operations and support when corrective actions are implemented. With your well-developed business know-how and communications skills we further rely on you to train and coach the logistics organisation in applying quality tools. Further responsibilities will be to: •Train a team in systematic failure prevention – 8D, PFMEA, Six Sigma •Perform audits – Internal/external Quality and compliance issues. •Facilitate peer sessions and be the quality link between our global sites. •Be the expert that provide support when deep analysis is needed •Be the editor on our Quality newsletter that strengthens the visibility of our quality work. Business-oriented, self-supporting and solid quality management experience You have a relevant educational background and solid working experience managing quality management systems. Your professional drive and general business sense gives you a natural authority and ability to act independently on your tasks. You are comfortable with undertaking ongoing projects and initiatives and your goal-oriented personality ensures that the activities you are executing are being completed. As you will be working with a variety of different stakeholders across our organisation it is crucial that you have sound interpersonal and cooperative skills and that you are easy to understand in speech and writing. Finally, your Danish and English skills are strong and you are able to make your quality management talent count in a global context.
