Join us and become Quality Coordinator for Device Metrology in Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS). About the department The Device Metrology department consists of 33 dedicated employees responsible for driving and supporting the metrology activities across the device area in Hillerød. You will join a department consisting of 3 units. A calibration service centre office, an equipment support unit designing, qualifying and maintaining process control equipment and a metrology lab unit developing measurement setups and measuring geometrics on plastic components for prefilled devices. You will work closely together with the manager and the associate managers of the department and you will report directly to manager of the department. Further you will join a larger network group in DMS called the DMS Quality Coordinator Group that coordinate Quality initiatives across DMS. The position As Quality Coordinator you will be the expert in the department within general GMP requirements & ISO standards and guidelines. You will support training of employees in general GMP and ISO. You will motivate your colleagues and encourage them to use and develop their quality mind-sets and ensure excellence in continuous improvements within quality and compliance. With your knowledge and engagement you will support and challenge the department to ensure that the department always stays in compliance and is ready for inspections and audits anytime. As Quality Coordinator you will be responsible for inspection/audit preparations and follow ups, preparation and follow-up on quality management reviews, monthly update of quality KPIs on the Info board of the department and follow up on timeliness on NonConformity (NC) actions and Change Requests (CR) and CR actions across the department. Added to this you will develop/maintain overall department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) together with key employees in the department and do reviews of logbooks across the department. Besides this you will be NC owner of NCs in the department, facilitate systematic problem solving as well as efficient handling of the necessary corrective and preventive actions. Plus you will have the role as process responsible within metrology in DMS where you will support implementation of compliance signals (if relevant) in DMS as whole and participate as active member in the Device and Supply chain (D&S) process group within metrology and implement activities as defined in the D&S process group activity plan. Qualifications You hold an academic degree in Engineering, Pharmaceuticals or similar, and you ideally have experience working with ISO13485, GMP, NC handling and Lean. You have at least 3-5 years of experience and proven coordination skills, including ability to inspire and motivate others. As person you have a strong quality mind-set and are ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented. You have the ability to prioritise and plan ahead, while keeping focus in achieving your goals. As the position requires contact to various stakeholders, we also expect you to have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You have proficiency in both written and spoken English.
