For our Quality Management department, we are looking for a Quality Engineer. The department is responsible for developing and driving the implementation of platform quality (PFQ) and EHS improvement actions, focusing on reducing Non Conformances (NCs), Snags, EHS incidents and improving the availability of our wind turbines. Furthermore, the department proactively drives continuous improvement activities supporting both PFQ and EHS across the Onshore segments. What are my responsibilities? Developing processes to ensure CAPA’s are addressing the reduction of NCs, Snags and improvement of our availability Leading CAPA’s that focus on addressing our top quality or EHS related issues Coordinating customer (internal and external) communication process. Review effectiveness of existing solutions, define improvement measures and drive implementation Maintaining IMS(international management system), documentation and process integrity Preparing relevant documents and various communication tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a technical background (for example engineering) with 3-5 years experience within Quality Management You hold problem solving techniques and root cause analysis strategies used to investigate the CAPA’s You have competences in working with groups, you are able to communicate to different levels of the business and you hold a broad business understanding As a person you are independent, structured and organized. You can see a task move from concept to result and you have an understanding of running internal projects. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
