In this position, you draw on your broad knowledge of and passion for quality assurance, and function as the customers’ liaison as you cooperate with your colleagues across several departments to find the root cause of and solve the issues our customers experience. Oversee the end-to-end root cause analysis and solution As our new Quality Engineer, you work closely with 8 Engineers in the Quality Team. As our customers report their problem, you oversee that we verify it by performing specific tests, determine the root cause, and facilitate solving the problem. Thus, you work on projects of different complexity and time consumption. Ensure that we adhere to the automotive standards Your main responsibility will be to protect our customers and make sure that corrective actions are performed. You will be working on several tasks simultaneously, which include: •Understanding the problem, alerting the right Danfoss stakeholders and following up on the agreed actions •Ensuring the final review and release of 8D reports to warrant customer satisfaction with regard to proper lead times and response quality •Enhancing our quality system, ensuring we meet high quality levels, and that we adhere to the ISO/TS16949 standard. Experienced Quality Engineer •You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering •You have at least 5 years of experience in a Quality Department in the automotive, wind turbine, or medical industry or similar •Preferably you are Six Sigma certified. If not, you get the chance to become green or black belt certified •You might have some practical experience in hydraulics •You speak and write English and Danish fluently. As a person, you are persuasive and an excellent communicator when you sell-in the necessity of your projects to your colleagues and stakeholders.
