Delivering Quality and Excellence
As a QMS Engineer, you will cooperate with local leadership team as well as the group responsible for the DPS QMS development. You will have the opportunity to participate in a further development of our plant, with compliance to Danfoss Power Solutions standards and IATF 16949:2016 requirements. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.
 
Your main responsibility will be: 

• Continuously develop QMS in relation to IATF 16949 and Danfoss Power Solution compliance.
• Coordinate third party audits from initial audit planning and scheduling to the performance of the audit and ensure effectiveness of implemented certifications.
• Internal audits; plan, schedule, coordinate, review and document internal audits.
• Periodically report to management on internal audits results and follow up on corrective actions to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
• Evaluate needs and organize any ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 related trainings.

Engineer with strong quality experience
You have an educational background in B.Sc./M.Sc. in engineering or similar. You also have a strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality management systems, experience with certification ISO/TS (IATF). It is a plus if you are familiar with Six Sigma (Green Belt) and the basic quality tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and 5Whys. You have a minimum of 3+ years solid hands-on experience working with quality management systems. Through your previous jobs, you have obtained a wide knowledge and you have experience with internal audit from the production industry. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and is a competent user of MS office.
 
As a person, you are robust and communicative, and you are able to stick to your decisions, even when facing challenges. You are service-minded and have structured qualitative approach to solving pivotal problems. You work independently, are disciplined and result-oriented, and you can keep a sense of perspective and stay focused when solving multiple tasks simultaneously. Moreover, you are a good business partner who inspires others with your proactive approach. You have an analytical mindset, an eagerness to obtain new knowledge and you speak and write English fluently. In general, you possess a good understanding of cross culture cooperation.
