As a part of our Engineering, Supply & Governance team, the Quality Manager is responsible for ISO 9001 certification as well as maintenance and development of our Quality Management System. Quality Manager is responsible for and drives optimization of the claim handling process. In Engineering & Supply (E&S) Søborg, we are more than 250 employees, dedicated to execute projects and orders professionally and on time, delivering high quality solutions for our customers worldwide. With this position, you will be a key person heading a department of two dedicated colleagues, who work with claim handling and improvement of our engineering and supply processes. Working in E&S Søborg, you will be part of an international environment with large cross-disciplinary interfaces both internally and externally. Key tasks •Contact to certifying body regarding certification acc. to ISO 9001 •Maintaining Quality Management System documentation •Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation •Planning, conducting, reporting and follow up on internal audits •Make and implement suggestions for improvement of processes, procedures etc. •Claim handling •Facilitate that corrective actions are taken, documented and followed up •Preparing Quality reports for and chair Management Review of QMS •Collaborate with Global E&S organisation on Governance and Best Practise •Training of employees in QMS. Ideal candidate •You have a technical background and passion for process-optimization •Experience with ISO 9001 certification •Experience with auditing, both internal and external •Experience with handling claims and implementation of root cause analysis and corrective actions •You communicate effectively and are able to influence others •You are able to overcome obstacles and finish tasks on time even under pressure •You understand and appreciate individual and cultural differences among your colleagues.
