About the department We are looking for a Quality Manager to join Strategic Management Support (SMS), a staff function in RA located in Søborg. We are 10 dedicated people responsible for several activities that go across the RA organisation. Examples of such activities are improving and maintaining our Quality Management System in RA, project management of major projects, and communication support for our regulatory management. Being part of the staff function is a truly exciting challenge. The job Quality is the cornerstone in everything we do, and we are about to embark yet another part of a challenging journey. Therefore this job is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your quality skills in a highly visible environment. You will be expected to drive the quality and compliance mind-set throughout RA, while ensuring robustness and simplicity in our processes. You will report directly to the Vice President of the SMS function in RA. Some of the more specific tasks you will be responsible for: Chair the RA Quality Management Group, Facilitate and conduct the global RA Quality Management Review twice a year, Act as the contact person in RA when coordinating internal audits. The job offers frequent senior management interactions and you are expected to have both an in depth knowledge of the quality compliance related to regulatory processes as well as the ability to present complex issues in a clear manner. You will be asked to plan and execute quality initiatives across the RA organisation as project manager while navigating the different internal agendas and drawing on the collective knowledge of the rest of the RA organisation through frequent sparring. You will be exposed to many different organisational units in- and outside RA – in Denmark and globally. You will build a strong global network and be able to further develop your skills. We expect you to be an active part in the continuous development of both the department and Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master’s Degree with excellent results. Ideally you have 5+ years of experience with quality compliance. Knowledge of regulatory processes would also be beneficial and you are a proficient project manager. The perfect candidate for this position has a real passion for ensuring regulatory compliance is in place and a desire to improve the quality processes used in daily work. You have great stakeholder management skills and are able to influence all levels of the organisation. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. Furthermore, you are independent, ambitious and like to be challenged. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
