Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Supply in Søborg is looking for a Quality minded Claim Coordinator Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S, Engineering & Supply is responsible for engineering and managing customer projects with a wide range of industries worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Claim Coordinator, who will ensure that all claims within our organisation are handled timely and efficiently. In this position in our Quality Management Department you will be a key person coordinating technical claim handling across relevant functions and departments in Alfa Laval. You will also facilitate root cause analysis, implementation and validation of corrective and preventive actions in order to improve our quality. Working in E&S Søborg, you will be part of an international environment with a large cross-disciplinary interface. Key tasks . Working as a super-user with Claim Handling System . Coach, train and coordinate colleagues across functions and departments regarding solving claims . Ensuring data in system is validated and accurate . Making sure that all claims are investigated correctly and timely and results are registered transparently in the system Facilitating problem resolution investigation of claims to find, document and eliminate root causes . Prepare, validate and analyse KPI statistics and reports for management evaluation and focus . Take part in improvement projects and continuous process improvements . Participate in internal audits of our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System. Ideal candidate . You have relevant experience and deep understanding of claim /non-conformance handling, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, improvement processes and internal auditing . You have experience with quality assurance and process improvement tasks . You thrive well and appreciate working independently within given frames and guidelines . You can act as a good coach and motivating trainer . You enjoy working in a complex organisation . You work in a systematic and structured way . You don´t give up facing obstacles and are focused on following things through . You understand and respect differences among people and are able to influence your colleagues .
