About the department We are looking for an experienced Quality Partner responsible for managing quality activities within the GLP-1, Obesity and Diabetes complications area and devices in Regulatory Affairs. As Quality Partner you will join the Quality Management Group (QMG) in Regulatory Affairs. You will be also part of a team exploring ideas how organisational effectiveness can be improved through the use of lean practices. In this role you will be part of improvement projects simplifying complex procedures, support project teams using systematic problem solving methods, and work together with business analysts facilitating performance management boards. The position This job is a unique opportunity to showcase your quality skills in a highly visible environment where you will have great impact and you will report directly to the RA Vice Presidents. You will be responsible for supporting and coaching the employees of both areas, ensuring that opportunities and issues for quality improvements are identified and addressed. In addition, you will be facilitating the management performance board meetings, preparing and following up on actions. You will also act as a Nonconformity (NC) expert, coaching people in how to write NCs and perform proper root cause analysis. This way we continuously strengthen the quality and lean mind-set in the organisation. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master's Degree with excellent results. Ideally you have 3+ years of experience with Quality, knowledge about Lean Management and you are a proficient Project Manager. The perfect candidate for this role has a real passion for Quality and lean tools. You have great people and stakeholder management skills, you thrive at being part of a support function and you are motivated by driving change and improvements involving many people at all organisational levels. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. Furthermore, you are independent, ambitious and like to be challenged.
