At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join 25 colleagues in our Corporate Quality department. Here, you will be part of a team who run our global Quality Excellence Program. Our mission is to define and execute the quality strategy by managing different cross-functional improvement projects – to maintain the high quality in our hearing aids.

Run improvement projects to make life sound better
Your main responsibility will be to plan and execute a portfolio of 5-6 sub-projects within the compliance area. The projects are highly complex and cross-disciplinary, and as such, you will collaborate with operations, sales, R&D, manufacturing sites and the management to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards and regulations for medical devices. 

To accomplish this, you will:
• Monitor program progress and risks levels and carry out effective mitigation when needed
• Take on direct project management responsibility on specific compliance projects, from definition to conclusion and follow-up, while balancing risk, cost, scope and timeline
• Lead a project team of 10-20 members to ensure project completion
• Report program status and risks to steering groups and senior management as well as advise and influence decision-making by presenting options and recommending actions

You will work together with highly competent specialists. Even though you will have your own programs to manage, we collaborate closely to maximize flexibility and efficiency and to engage and inspire the rest of the organization.

Great stakeholder management skills and solid experience 
With your communication and leadership skills, you are able to serve as a role model and mentor, inspiring colleagues to attain goals and pursue excellence. 

As a proactive and self-driven individual with a passion for quality and the use of best practices and methodologies, you are able to guarantee strong stakeholder management and professional integrity.

You also:
• Have extensive and documented project or program management experience with improvement projects in the Quality area
• Have insight into standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 13485:2016, FDA CFR 820), and you have experience from working in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
• Have excellent communications skills, and you speak and write English on a professional level.
