The position we offer In the e-Advisory team in Nordea Markets we are responsible for developing the financial analysis platform used both externally by our customers but also internally within our sales organisation for advising our corporate customers on their currency and interest rate risk. We are involved in all the steps of the development from definition of mathematical models and concepts, implementation, to ongoing feedback and training with the users. Through your ability to connect with people you will have close collaboration with our stakeholders in sales to generate new ideas for applications and financial concepts. You will have interaction with both our external and internal users through training and support. You will use your coding and problem solving skills to build new tools as well as help support our existing application landscape. The team sits on Nordea Markets’ trading floor in Copenhagen and consists of very competent specialists in financial mathematics, quantitative analytics and programming. The qualifications you need You know your maths, you have experience with programming, and you are excellent at building relations. You have a Masters or PhD degree in a numerical/scientific area, and you have worked intensively with data and models within areas like, e.g. pricing and risk management of financial instruments, stochastic calculus and simulation, time series analysis. You like to work in a dynamic environment with lots of changes, and you naturally build trust with the people you work with. You are a creative problem solver, and you are able to generate ideas and solutions by attacking problems from different angles simultaneously. You think visually, which enables you to create simple visualizations of complex problems. Preferably, you have at least two years working experience from a relevant position. You have several years of experience with object-oriented programming. Candidates who have experience with C++ and C# will be preferred. More information and send application Interested?
