Position responsibilities
Monitoring the Mobile Network of our customers
1st level troubleshooting of network equipment
Escalation and cooperation level 2 support level
Field service support and guidance
Real time communication with the customer
Participate in the development and customization of the IT tools used in the team
Position Requirements
European Union or NATO member citizenship, for later Security Clearance application
Working Visa in European Union mandatory
Able to adapt to multicultural office environment
Able to work independently, self-driven, highly motivated, service minded and seeking to improve and expand own technical skills
You have a strong analytical sense and thrive with complex issues that you often solve independently
You are solution-focused and easy to communicate issues and solutions both orally and in writing
You are curious, independent and always ready to put more angles on an idea and think in creative solutions
Able to communicate fluently in English. Danish would be a plus
Professional Knowledge Requirement:
Good UMTS / GSM / LTE architecture knowledge
IT development in Javascript
Oracle Database development/administration
Experience with system maintenance and troubleshooting
SOAP/REST Web Services experience is a plus
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and the components included in it (eg servers, networks, SAN, operating systems, databases, routers, firewalls, etc.)
Experience with IT operations and system administration in Windows and Linux-based IT environments.
Former experience in a Network Mobile Operation Center is a plus
12 months to 2 year experience within telecommunication environment or engineer with professional experience as an IT system administrator
Bachelor/Master students from Technical University within Telecommunications or Computer Science
