Requirements: •Barchelor or Master degree within Telecommunication, Electronic or Computer Engineering. •Experience with GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE products, signaling flow and protocols, electromagnetic theory, radio transmission, antenna systems etc. •Understanding of Radio frequency channel environment •Experience with Mobile system topology and system parameters •Work experience on 2G, 3G and even 4G planning is preferred. •Multi-Vendor radio network planning and optimization experience is preferred •Fluent in English, Danish would be a plus •Driving license is an advantage. Responsibilities: •Data collection and simulation. Provide the Radio Network design data and simulation resul •Perform link budget, design criteria and traffic analysis. •Good understanding of antenna theory and performance •Perform the evalution of the Mobile Network and provide the expansion plan •Monitoring and optimize the Network KPIs to assure it reach the target value •Analyse the drive test result and find the Network Problems with the Post process tools •Analysis the system features and parameters to optimize the network performance KPIs. •Provide Optimization solutions and suggestion to improve the network quality We can offer you: An exciting opportunity to work with the newest technologies within the telecommunication area, in an international working environment.
