Supporting our Wind Power division, you will be faced with a high paced and ever-changing organization, which requires you to practice a sound prioritization of your tasks and take ownership in contributing to our continuous journey to optimize our deliveries. We practice a ‘close to the customer’ mindset and you, along with colleagues from our HR Consulting, are placed in the office environment of the business you support, while also becoming part of our Danish Talent Acquisition community. What are my responsibilities? In Siemens, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process, attracting, assessing and hiring the right candidates, covering tasks such as: Liaising with the hiring manager to identify the business needs and job requirements, agree on a recruiting strategy and time line as well as write and publish job ads in relevant media Screening and identifying candidates from a range of appropriate sources (including talent pools, client referrals, on/off-line advertising, social media, databases and other relevant sourcing channels) Conducting job interviews, tests and give test-feedback to candidates (we use Thomas International) Conducting reference checks and together with the hiring manager decide who to offer the position and drive the contract negotiation Working closely with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners and other relevant HR colleagues) to secure a smooth and proper recruiting process Ensuring that recruitment tools and the use of external suppliers are utilized efficiently to achieve excellent recruitment delivery (cost efficiency, high standards of delivery and high quality candidates) Actively involving yourself in the continuous improvement of our recruiting process and key expertise areas Assisting and coaching managers on e.g. interviewing techniques Representing and positioning Siemens as an ‘Employer of Choice’ incl. participation in events and fairs We source candidates from all over the world, currently employing ~1.000 non-Danish nationals from 80 different nations, and therefore utilize both phone, video and personal interviews in our assessment. You must be comfortable working with all these methods. As part of our ownership culture and performance orientation, we work to measure our success, which for this position includes key figures like number of vacancies filled, time-to-fill and hiring manager satisfaction. What are we looking for in a candidate? You have a university degree, preferably specialized in business administration or social sciences, combined with 5+ years of experience in high volume/process driven recruiting You have significant experience in working with large multinational organizations You possess excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English You have advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience in working with e-recruitment tools You are business-oriented, well-organized and able to stay calm under the pressure that exists in a dynamic environment You are self-driven, result oriented and have a passion for recruiting If you have obtained your qualifications in an alternative way, we also welcome your application.
