For our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an energetic recruiter to support hiring managers during the entire recruitment process from defining job requirements to test and selection. High performance and business acumen are key words in your approach to supporting our business in attracting and selecting the right human resources in a dynamic environment. As the Recruiter role is continuously developing we look forward to receiving your input to influence it. What are my responsibilities? · Liaise with the hiring manager to qualify the business needs and job requirements · Agree on a recruiting strategy and time line with the hiring manager · Write and publish job adds in relevant media · Screen and identify candidates from a range of appropriate sources including talent pools, client referrals, on/off-line advertising, on/off-line networking, databases and other relevant sourcing channels · Conduct job interviews, tests and give test-feedback to candidates · Gathering feedback through negotiating and closing offers with candidates · Work closely with the internal and external suppliers working on Siemens recruitment activities to reduce costs, ensure best standards of delivery and the highest quality of candidates · Ensure recruitment tools are used efficiently to achieve excellent recruitment delivery · Carry out ad-hoc projects to develop and implement the recruitment strategy What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a university degree, preferably within HR, organization and/or management combined with 5+ years of experience in recruiting · You have significant working experience in large-size international organizations · You possess excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written Danish and English · You have advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience in working with recruitment IT systems · You are business-oriented, well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure · You are self-driven, flexible and have an out-going personality Even if you have obtained your qualifications in an alternative way than mentioned, please forward your application anyway.
