Can you attract and recruit the best specialists and managers for the LEGO Group? This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's strongest employer brands while building a strong network across the global business. Provide high quality recruitment sparring across the LEGO Group You are responsible for full recruitment processes on all levels of the organisation and you will recruit at specialist and manager level. In particular, you will: Engage in a qualified dialogue with the hiring manager and challenge her/him when necessary to ensure the right profile is developed, defined and described Secure the best attraction strategy to make sure the right candidate is hired for the job Apply in-depth knowledge of your specific business areas to provide sparring for hiring managers, HR Partners and other key stakeholders Secure a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates and adjust employer brand activities accordingly Help us attract, retain and motivate the best candidates You will be based in Billund and be part of Recruitment House consisting of 20 people, including a team of 13 recruitment consultants. Recruiter with strong networking abilities You deliver professional recruitment activities in a dynamic environment. You may find yourself recruiting an IT specialist on Monday and providing sparring for a Financial Controller on Tuesday. Nonetheless, you stay focused on the particular task at hand.
